Fuses should be protected from rain and snow during transportation and storage. The free fall height of the entire box of fuses shall not exceed 250mm.
The fuses shall Store in a well ventilated and dry environment, with a stacking height of no more than six layers.
Unpacking and inspection of fuses
After opening the box, first check whether the nameplate of the fuse matches the markings on the packaging box, and then check whether the fasteners on the fuse are loose or not.
Detachment, check if there are cracks or fissures in the ceramic tube of the fuse, if there is any leakage of quartz sand inside the fuse, and if the fuse has been soaked in water.
If bubbles or invasions are found, the fuse cannot be put into use and the manufacturer should be contacted in a timely manner.
