Scope of application

XDELE XDPV-32X 2P DC 1000V solar PV fuse base is a heavy-duty fuse holder designed for photovoltaic DC string protection, compatible with standard 10×38mm gPV solar fuse links, rated up to 32A. Widely used in PV combiner boxes, solar inverter DC input sides, off-grid solar power systems and rooftop solar installations.

This DC solar fuse holder stands out from conventional AC fuse bases with its built-in blown fuse indicator. The red visual alarm lets field technicians quickly identify a blown fuse without disassembly, greatly improving PV system maintenance efficiency. Constructed with UL94 V0 flame-retardant PA66 housing, it offers excellent UV resistance, cold and heat resistance to withstand harsh outdoor environmental conditions for distributed solar and commercial solar projects. High-purity copper conductive components ensure low contact resistance and stable temperature rise performance under continuous load.

Featuring standard 35mm DIN rail mounting, the integrated 2-pole compact structure optimizes cabinet layout and saves internal space in combiner boxes. The pull-out fuse cartridge enables safe and fast fuse replacement, no wire removal required during maintenance. Optimized DC arc extinction structure effectively cuts off overload and short-circuit current in DC photovoltaic circuits, protecting solar panels, solar inverters and other valuable PV equipment from damage.
